The newly designed double-double suspension offers dual-wheel-drive design in the form of 4×4 double-wheeled wheels as well as dual-drive versions, as well as additional support from the truck’s mounting tape and suspension of the live hub with paper springs. Fifteen-inch wheels come standard with 4×2 models; 16-wheel drive wheels feature 16-inch wheels with an easy-to-use four-wheel drive.
The front nose of the new generation has been renovated with a round look, and Mazda adds five grille points. The Sport features front and rear color headlights, handrails, front fascia and low front fascia. The interior features have been revised with new seat designs, trimming the door panel, gauges and steering wheel. Si and Dual Sports owners enjoy that the AM / M sound system comes standard with the plug-in player. Cab plus and cab plus 4 models have jump seats that are quickly folded if extra cabin storage space is needed.
Engine capacity varies greatly, so when considering a purchase, be sure to test the drive more than one version. The new B2300 sports base is 140 hp, a 2.3-liter DOHC in-line four-engine, which replaces the 119 hp engine, 2.5-liter of the previous generation B2500. The Mazda B3000 features a 150-liter 3.0-liter Huff engine with a V-6 engine, a 4.0-liter B4000 engine of 207 horsepower and a remarkable 238 lb-ft torque.
The Mazda B3000 is a standard model base and comes with a new 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine, a five-speed manual transmission and a rear drive. The B2300 replaces the previous B2500 model in January 2001.B3000 gets the upper valve 3.0 liter V6 engine and three cabin styles: two regular cab doors, three plus cab doors and four cab doors plus a 4.In Si trim B3000 and a stepper tab ranging from $14,720 to $19,920.
A double sport trim is available for Mazda B3000 and B4000 models. The 4×2 is similar to a rugged off-road truck, but it reduces the bottom line by avoiding the four-wheel drive. B3000 dual-sport models list for $14,755 with a regular cab and $17,175 for the cab plus.
